At WJapan Boxing, we are committed to providing high-quality combat gear and offer a 30-day return window for unused items in their original packaging. Please note that for safety and hygiene reasons, used protective equipment cannot be returned once it has been worn in training.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our support team with your order number and photos of the gear to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 2.
  Pack Securely

  Place the boxing gloves, apparel, or equipment back into its original WJapan Boxing packaging, ensuring all tags and protective wraps are intact.

• 3.
  Ship the Package

  Affix the provided return shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, keeping a copy of your tracking receipt.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Our quality control team will inspect the gear for signs of wear within 5 business days of arrival before issuing a full refund to your original payment method.
